Jason Crider is an Assistant Professor in the Department of English at Texas A&M University. His research and teaching interests include digital and medical rhetorics, location-based composition, technical writing, media access and accessibility, ecocriticism, and multiliteracies. His work can be found in Computers and Composition, Interdisciplinary Studies in Literature and Environment, Kairos, Technoculture, Textshop Experiments, and elsewhere.

He is currently working on his first monograph, tentatively titled Prosthetic Rhetoric, as well as an edited collection with Sidney I. Dobrin called The Humanities Division.
